Christmas/Chinese New Year Event, "big party"
Hey there!
I wanted to invite you to the Christmas/Chinese New Year party on January 28th. I don't have the exact location set yet. First of all I need to find out how many people are interested in coming. This way I know how large of a space we need.This party is for all the current students and staff, as well as ALL alumni. It is going to be a pretty casual event, dinner, drinks, mingling, music and hopefully a couple speakers.
We want to work towards building a stronger acupuncture community, and in order to do this, we need to start by meeting each other! It would be awesome if everyone could make it :)
Please let me know if you are interested, and if you will be bringing a date. Please let me know by Dec 17th. I will then be able to send out Details on the location and time.

WHERE: Reservations have been made in the private room, 3rd floor, at the Rose and Crown (1503 4 Street Southwest, Calgary, AB)
DATE: January 28th Friday
TIME: Starts at 6:30pm, be no later than 8pm or your reservation maybe declined at the door once they get more busy.
COST: Each individual pays.
MEALS: the regular menu is available. check out this website to look at it before hand www.roseandcrowncalgary.ca
DRINKS: Happy hour is 6:30pm until 7:30pm on all domestic bottles and draft beer and all hi balls
ALSO moosehead pints are $4.99 all night for us only.
MUSIC: There will be live bands playing throughout the night.
